Roman Residence - Rome

The location was excellent, only a 20-minute walk to the Colosseum. The room looked bigger in photos.

1. Hard bed, confusing access

the hotel had a marvellous location close to metro stop. what's more, it was right by roman residence, the main train station roma termini, and bus station and train station. the room with nice bathroom. having a bidet, soft bathrobes, and shower caps was a bonus.

New-fashioned single room with views of inner courtyard. Wi-Fi and an air conditioner available. Marvellous location walk from the train station, easy to get around.

Location was convenient for public transport access.

I encountered issues navigating the building due to confusing access. The air conditioning in my room barely worked. The bed was unreasonably hard, leading to poor rest .

an exceptionally comfortable place, we loved its favourable location. the staff were accommodating and absolutely kind. the breakfast was varied, plenty of food.

Roman Residence was more than I expected. It was clean and very new, and walking distance to to the Coliseum and central train station. The furnishings were very comfortable. The bathroom was completely up to date and even the windows were new. There was a very convenient security box. Also, Massimo was the most gracious and thoughtful host. He made sure we knew where we were going and recommended what we should see during our short stay. Thank you, Massimo!

No one cared. Would it have been too much to expect a somewhat upgraded room after such a hassle? Almost left a glowing review, but sadly this place didn't rise to my expectations.

The staff at the hotel were so helpful and such nice people. We would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Rome and would most definitely stay there on a return trip.

The room was very clean. Little details were great (water in room, chocolate treats, drinks in fridge. The little breakfast place down the street was run by the nicest people. We enjoyed our brief stay very much.

The location was superb for our short transit stay, being close to the main railway station meant we could easily get around. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the fridge, as it was a nice touch after a long day of travel. The included breakfast was a good surprise, especially with the cappuccinos to start the day. It was great to have everything clean and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot weather.

The staff at Roman Residence were very helpful and friendly. Although only 4 rooms on a floor of a larger building, we enjoyed the peacefulness and comfort in the busy city of Rome. One could walk to most sights in 10-20 minutes and it is very close to the train station. The rooms were large for European large city standards, and meticulously clean. On a hot day, the free drinks were very welcomed. Unlike many places, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly.

Clean room and great air conditioning, but the bed was too hard for comfort.

The location is a quick hop from Termini train station. Clean room with a well-stocked mini fridge and reliable air conditioning provided a much-needed respite after a long day.

Navigating the building is a bit of a puzzle. It shares the space with other residences, which can be confusing. The breakfast options are mostly prepackaged.
